• Shipment Policy
  
  We offer shipping within the United Kingdom and the rest of the world.
  
  Our shipment has flat-rates: domestic shipment, excluding Nothern Ireland, is £8.5, and international shipment to Switzerland is £38, and the rest of the world is £28.00.
  
  Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be shipped after payment confirmation.
  DPD will ship all orders on tracked service. 
  
  Please note that THE OBI, KYOTO will not be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If your parcel has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping provider with the tracking number provided.
  
  Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country's customs regulations. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
